Please read this before sending threat emails to us. PLEASE!!

We have been able to send and take action against 23 companies that have decided to use our site for the false opt out emails. Please note we are NOT sending the emails, they just use our website in the footer of the script if you have questions. Please refer to the header of the email of where they are coming from. We do not and have not sent emails to anyone. Please refer to the site that these emails are sending them from to make your complaints. We are sorry for this inconvenience and hope that this matter will resolve itself. Thank you!

Update: First of all thank you to those that have sent us more details on what you are receiving. We are now getting some response back on the possible problem. It appears that various sites are using an old version of Mojavi PHP to run their sites and have included our site as a footer for contact. This is coming through in the emails that you are receiving. We are in no way associated with the design/implementation/coding of the Mojavi script. We are hoping to start contacting some of the owners to have them correct the code.
